How is it that the musicians who teamed up on this project, coming from very different personal musical environments have been so affected, influenced, moved by the work of Robert Wyatt ?

The rules of the game were as follows : each guest musician selected one or more pieces by Robert Wyatt, scored a new arrangement, and if he wished, added a personal composition.
